How it works
The admission process
Five steps. We do four of them for you.
Document submission
You send us scanned copies of your certificates, passport and photographs.
University application
We apply on your behalf and pay the ministry fees through official channels.
Admission letter
Your letter is issued and authenticated by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Visa assistance
We prepare your student visa file and guide you through the embassy appointment.
Travel & accommodation
Airport pickup, hostel or apartment, registration and orientation in Cairo.

Required documents
Prepare clear colour scans of each of the following.
- WAEC or NECO certificate (or equivalent secondary certificate)
- Primary school certificate
- Birth certificate
- Valid international passport — data page
- Six passport photographs
Certificates issued outside Egypt must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Egyptian embassy in your country. We guide you through this.

How you pay
- Online payment through the official student portal
- Bank deposit in Egypt
We never ask for cash payments to personal accounts. Every ministry fee is paid through the official portal or a bank, and you receive the receipt.
Fees are set by the ministry and universities, not by us, and can change without notice. Tuition varies by faculty and university. This calculator gives an estimate for budgeting — your final quotation will be confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
